We often rush from one appointment to the next and lose touch with ourselves. My retreats and weekend seminars are designed not only to give you a quick boost, but to “reset” your system for the long term.

The Perfect Synergy: Cold, Breathing, and Movement
My retreats focus on the interplay of various elements. We use the Wim Hof Method as a foundation and often combine it with movement (such as yoga or mobility flows), music, and nature.
The goal is balance:
- Yin (Relaxation): Stretch your body, open your chest, and find peace.
- Yang (Activation): The intense power of cold and the focus of breathing.


We use the Swiss and Italian countryside (lakes, rivers, mountains) as our playground. The surroundings help you reconnect with nature.
More than just ice bathing – time to go deeper
During a weekend or retreat, we have the opportunity to explore topics that don’t get enough attention in the 4-hour workshop:
Community: Overcoming boundaries within the group brings people together. This often leads to meaningful conversations and new ideas.
In-Depth Breathing Journeys: Experience advanced techniques (such as Power Breathing) that can release deep emotional blockages.
Nature experience: Hikes in swim trunks (Wim Hof style) or dips in natural bodies of water.
Knowledge & Health: Theory sessions on anti-inflammation, the nervous system, and longevity.
