In April 2026, we invite you to step away from the noise of daily life and join us in the heart of Italy’s Abruzian Mountains for an unforgettable weekend of fresh air, movement, and pure ‚la Dolce Vita‘.
From the moment you get picked up at the airport, you’ll be in the hands of your guides, Bas & Matteo – ‚Icenurse & Filoxygen-Style‘. Together, we’ll lead you through breathtaking landscapes and into the warm embrace of authentic Italian culture. Your home will be a cozy wooden cabin hidden in the mountains — the perfect place to wake up each morning to the scent of fresh air and the sound of birdsong.
Our days begin slowly, with deep breathwork and a light breakfast. Then the adventure starts. You’ll have your own e-Mountainbike to follow winding trails through forests and over gentle hills, and we’ll take you on a river hike where cool, crystal-clear waters invite you for a dip.
One evening, as the sun begins to set, we’ll glide across the serene waters of Lago di Posta Fibreno in Canadian canoes. Our local guide will share the magic of this place — a lake fed by a natural spring pumping 9,000 liters of mineral-rich water every minute, home to lots of wildlife.
And of course, this is Italy. Our private chef Domenico will spoil you with dishes that taste like the countryside itself — fresh, honest, and bursting with flavor. You’ll even join a hands-on cooking class to learn the secrets behind them. On the third day we’ll gather for a wine tasting, raising our glasses to the weekend’s adventures.
